Thanks Julie for your input! Each picture gives a different feel and every person will interpret that feeling differently. There is no right or wrong answer!
Beautiful portrait - I love the natural colors in 2. A blue and brown palette gets me everytime, but I love how #3 could be a picture that I found in my grandma's attic.
I love the last one... it's so soft, ethereal, very otherworldy with the eyes being the life of the picture. Soft everywhere, with piercing eyes. Like he has all the knowledge in those eyes, an angel disguised as a little boy.
I like 2 of them. The 2nd one in color is great it really brings out those brown eyes! The 4th one though has awesome contrast in b&w and so it also gets my vote.
So cool to take one pic and have many print possibilities
I like everyone of them - of course, I love that little guy to the moon and back! If I had to choose, I'd say the one in color cause it makes those beautiful brown eyes pop!
I love the color in #2 but I really like the effect in #3! Btw, how did you get that vintage effect in #3 anyways? I'm new to photography and am really interested in learning about Photoshop!! It's hard for me to know which effect to put on photos to make it look best, color, b&w, vintage-y... I don't know if I have the eye for it! Heck, maybe I will take one of my pictures and make a post similar to this too, when I get better at Photoshop hehe!!
I know that this is a really old post, but I was just wondering, how do you make your b&w pics "pop"? I love number 4, but my b&w never look that good!
I am a sinner saved by grace! I love being a wife and absolutely adore my husband. My newest role as mother has been incredible! Before God blessed us with our little man we struggled with infertility and suffered a loss. To read about our loss click here. I am a professional photographer living out my dream one frame at a time.
Hubby
My husband is adventurous, loving, patient, funny, encouraging, forgiving, talented and my best friend. We met through a mutual friend at church. The fact that he could sing and play guitar was what caught my eye. But his personality and love for the Lord is what won my heart. Well that and his smile!
Little Man
Little man is our little blessing. He made is big debut on June 1, 2009. He is such a happy boy, who is very curious about the world around him. Which is a nice way of saying, he is into everything! We found out we were pregnant with him two days before we had our first infertility specialist appointment. God is good!
Cohen
Our second blessing, Cohen was born December 2, 2010. He and his brother are almost exactly 1 year 1/2 apart. We love watching his personality shine through and are blessed to have him in our family!
Mason
Mason is our third boy and the best surprise we've ever received! His big brothers love him to pieces. So far he is a laid back baby who is already sleeping through the night.
oh, it's so hard to pick!! They are all beautiful but I think I like 1 and 2 the best!! But I also love the effect in 3! I'm a big help! ha
