Last week a snow storm blew through the south. It brought lots of ice and snow, which left most of us trapped in our homes. If I had known that we were going to be trapped, I would have been better prepared. I had all the groceries we needed but little man didn't have gloves or the proper snow attire. By day three we had not stepped foot outside and we were all going crazy. We decided to take little man out for just a few minutes. The fresh air did us all some good.
This was the first day we got out with him.
These are from the second day. He loved the idea of snow but once he touched it he was done with it.
If you'd like to download the 2 round storyboard blogging templates I created and used in this post. Click here. (they are created for photoshop users only. I'm not sure if they will work in elements. ) *update - it works in elements! Thanks Heather!!
Great pictures! We were unprepared for a snow week too. I've heard more is blowing in tonight, so I think I'm going to take the kids out to buy better gloves and boots.
ReplyDeleteHa, my son Guinness is the same. He touches the snow with his hands and that's it...we are done. :) I think he is getting better, but -20 degree weather doesn't help. argh!!! SPRING needs to come soon!!!! Love little mans boots when he's walking with your husband....little tiny legs. :)
ReplyDeleteAwww- cute pics! :-)
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing the template! I just tried it in Elements 9 and it worked fine.

ReplyDeleteLooks like fun :)
ReplyDeleteI love your black and whites.
so cute!
ReplyDeleteIf you find yourself without gloves again, just take a pair of his socks and put them on his hands. Then put another pair of yours on him and then his coat. His hands will be toasty!
absolutely ADORABLE son of yours :) i love those pictures! :)
